I'm a certified MLS looking for a new challenge. I've spent the last decade between research and clinical labs — from culturing cancer cells and running CRISPR experiments to performing molecular diagnostics and training new team members. I'm passionate about learning, eager to contribute, and always looking for more to take on.
Runs molecular tests on patient samples using manual methods and high-throughput instrumentation. Performs DNA and RNA purification, separation techniques, PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, NGS, and fragment analysis. Contributes to assay design and validation, trains new team members, and serves as an Epic Super User.

Performed PCR and western blotting for drug and cloning research using CRISPR technology in cancer cells. Participated in experimental design and execution. Maintained human tissue and bacterial cell cultures.
